Question:
One of your products is installed on my PC. How can I remove it?
Answer: Depending on the product, you can uninstall as follows:
- Open the Windows settings. In the navigation bar on the left, select "Apps" and then "Installed Apps". Find the relevant application in the list of installed apps and select "ยทยทยท" and then "Uninstall".
- Open the Windows start menu. Find the program group of the relevant application and expand it. There is an entry here that you can use to uninstall the application. Click on it.
Question:
I cannot find a way to uninstall. What can I do?
Answer: There is usually always a way to uninstall. Your installation may be damaged. You can do the following:
- Reinstall the relevant application. An existing, damaged installation will be repaired. Then try uninstalling again.
- Download and run our tool JMMG Product Uninstaller. It will give you the opportunity to start the uninstallation of many of our applications.
Why are some applications uninstalled via the Windows Start menu instead of the "Installed Apps" list?
Some of our applications do not require administrator rights to be installed. They run in the user's user profile. This reduces the installation requirements and increases security when using the application.
